1:After T1(the First Test), We will get 10/E (10 moulding) samples,5/E of them will be sent to our customer, and
the rest 5/E will be Controlled by our QC worker according to the Part 2D drawing through measurement tools
like follows: |

2:After finishing controls, We will get the ˇ°Part Control Reportˇ±,from which we can know if the dimension is within
the normal tolenrance,and if the Part respect the 2D Part drawing.Then, We send the ˇ°Part Control Reportˇ± to
our customer for Confirmation or to make modification on the mould.
3:The Part Control Report is the formal file for us, We normally put it with testing samples together in the
documents in record. |
